Delivery Fees
We figure out how much it costs to deliver your items by looking at how heavy they are and how far they need to travel. You can see how much the delivery will cost on the product page or in your shopping cart before you buy.
Sometimes, we might have special deals or discounts that could lower the delivery cost for you.
Special: Offshore delivery is not available.
Delivery Time
- We’ll get your deliveries to you in about 5 working days under normal conditions. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
- During special situations like lockdowns, curfews, or long holidays, there might be unavoidable delays, and we hope you understand.
- You can change your delivery address anytime before your order is ready to be shipped out. Just give our Customer Service Hotline a call at +94 70 300 3091. Please keep in mind that changing the delivery zone might result in an extra cost.
- If you paid with a credit card, we may have to deny an address change request for security reasons.
- If you refuse a delivery or if there’s a delivery problem on your end, we’ll deduct the delivery charge plus a 3% operation fee from your refund for any returned items.
Delivery Tracking
We’ll send you an email with your tracking number and details about the delivery agent.
Order Status
On Hold: We’ve got your order, but we’re waiting for your payment to be received and confirmed.
Processing: Your order is in, and we’ve asked the store to get it ready for shipment.
On Hold: Your order is in, but we’re still waiting for your payment to be received and confirmed.
Shipped Out: Your order has been picked up by the Delivery Agent and is en route to you.
Completed: Your order has been delivered to your location and received.
Pending Payment: Payment is in progress but not yet finished.
Canceled: No funds are being held, and you’d need to start the whole transaction again if you want to resend it.
Failed: Payment didn’t go through, often due to incorrect credit card details or a declined card.
Refunded: Your transaction was fully or partially refunded because we couldn’t complete your order or you requested a refund.
