At BuyMore Computers (Pvt) Ltd, we’re here to assist all customers. If you’re buying for a business, a special project, or in bulk, please let us know. We have some other terms and benefits like extended warranties and special technical support that you should be aware of.
We’ve made our Terms and Conditions easy to understand and filled with the information you need for your online purchases. We want your online shopping experience to meet your expectations, so take a few minutes to read them. You’ll need to accept our T’s & C’s each time you make a purchase. They might change, so check the date at the top of the page.
Please remember that different rules, including prices, service charges, product availability, delivery times, and return policies, apply to in-store purchases of different products. We mainly rely on the warranties provided by suppliers, manufacturers, and principles for the products we sell, so replacements may vary depending on the product.
Prices and Payment Information
All our prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Your total order cost includes the product prices, any delivery fees (if applicable), and any extra services you choose, such as premium delivery or installation. You can review these charges in your Shopping Basket before confirming your order. Payment is processed once you submit your order.
To assess your order acceptance, we may use some of your information, which could include data obtained from our accredited identity verification partner. For instance, we might share your details with them for verification against various public and private databases. This is done to ensure both your and our protection against fraudulent activities.
If we suspect a transaction might be fraudulent, we may instruct our courier to return the items to our warehouse, and we may cancel your order, even if you’ve already received the Order Confirmation email.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We recommend that, whenever possible, you carefully unpack and inspect your product for any damage as soon as it arrives. If you discover any damage, please reach out to us immediately using the contact details on our homepage or the contact form. Please note that any damage not reported on the day of delivery by the courier will not be considered as originating from the manufacturer or as transport-related damage.
We take every possible measure to ensure that your order reaches your doorstep in perfect condition and with all the items you ordered. If you don’t receive all your products in one shipment, you can verify their dispatch status through a confirmation email. If it’s not on its way, please don’t hesitate to contact us using the provided contact details or phone number.
After Sales Policy
If you ever change your mind and want to return something you bought from us, we’re happy to help as long as it’s still in its original package and hasn’t been opened. You have 7 days from the day it was delivered to do this. Unfortunately, we can’t take back anything that’s been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
For items like DVDs, CDs, memory cards, and software discs, they must still have the seal on them if you want to return them. If you’re returning a Software Product Activation Key card that’s not faulty, please don’t open the package.
If you have a service contract or bought a digital download, you can cancel it within 3 days from when you agreed to it. But if you start the download within that time, you won’t be able to cancel it.
Just remember, if you want to return something, you’ll need to cover the cost of sending it back to us.
We can't Give Your Money Back or Cancel Your Purchase If:
- You bring back something to the store but don’t have a receipt.
- You’ve already started using services that come with the product, like a phone plan or activation code.
- You opened DVDs, CDs, memory cards, software, games, or personal care stuff like shavers.
- The package or box of a software product or activation key card is damaged or missing.
- You ordered something special that was made just for you.
